So we knew we had to react to this news, but we both wanted to comment so we had the idea to record our conversation in our kitchen, where we do most of our post-telly watching analysis, and transcribe the discussion for our readers. However we do tend to get a bit carried away and meander a lot, so when we realised we needed to type up 45 minutes of chat on a Sunday afternoon, we couldn’t be arsed. So here’s the completely unedited audio file of our conversation, with deviations into Sherlock, the film Cabin in the Woods and Game of Thrones, lots of bad language and a very special and noisy cameo from our washing machine, who we predict will become a huge star in years to come.
